Agile Product Manager (Telecom)
SRM Digital LLC is seeking a highly experienced Agile Product Manager with deep telecommunications domain expertise to lead the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution of complex, large-scale digital and network-driven products. The role involves strong leadership across cross-functional teams and requires a customer-centric mindset to drive measurable value across the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and telecom market trends
Lead Agile product delivery by managing and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring alignment with customer value and organizational goals
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and leadership, ensuring clarity of requirements and expectations
Drive requirements definition, user story creation, acceptance criteria, and backlog refinement with Agile teams
Partner closely with architecture and engineering teams to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing telecom solutions
Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle management, from concept through launch and continuous optimization
Ensure adherence to Agile best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making
Monitor product performance using KPIs, customer feedback, and market insights to guide enhancements and prioritization
Support release planning, dependency management, and risk mitigation across multiple Agile teams
Collaborate with leadership on portfolio planning, investment prioritization, and strategic initiatives
Mentor junior product managers and contribute to the maturity of Agile product management practices across the organization
Qualification
Required
15+ years of overall professional experience, with significant experience in product management within the telecommunications domain
Proven experience working as an Agile Product Manager / Product Owner in large-scale, enterprise environments
Strong understanding of telecom ecosystems, including network services, OSS/BSS, mobility, broadband, 5G, IoT, or cloud-enabled telecom platforms
Demonstrated expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies, including backlog management, sprint planning, PI planning, and release management
Ability to translate business strategy and customer needs into clear product vision, roadmap, and prioritized backlogs
Experience collaborating with engineering, architecture, UX, operations, and business stakeholders across global teams
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills
