Monitor and improve team performance against sales targets
Coach Account Managers to optimize productivity and engagement
Coordinate efforts with Account Executive and Specialist Leadership teams
Foster internal and external relationships to support growth
Contribute to indirect sales strategies that align with organizational goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 10 years of sales management experience in a corporate setting
Market experience with Issuers and Capital Markets
In-depth knowledge of sales and buy cycles
Proven ability to lead and inspire teams
Expertise in attracting diverse talent
Strong problem-solving skills and courage to face challenges
