Retail Operations Manager
First Federal Savings Bank has a great opportunity for a full time Retail Operations Manager. The Retail Operations Manager oversees the daily operations of the Retail Operations Department and manages all members of the Operations department.

Responsibilities
Learns and is able to train department employees on all job functions within the Operations department
Manages all members of the Operations department
Maintains the Operations Manual
Assists with assigned projects
Oversees daily wire processing
Trains employees on policies and procedures to mitigate risks
Participates in all required training
Assists in operational setups and workflows, as needed
Assists in audits and exams
Maintains compliance with Reg CC, Reg E, NACHA, and Check processing
Effectively adheres to BSA policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent
5+ years' experience in bank operations
Strong working knowledge of all products and services of the bank
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task within the conversion process
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
