Data Analysis : Understand the data being entered and ability to problem solve and identify potential errors from source data
Productivity: Efficiently and effectively manage daily workload to meet deadlines
Teamwork : Work in collaboration with team members; communicating with peers and Project Lead on progress and working towards common goals
Willingness to learn : Demonstrate willingness to learn foundational knowledge in claims processing with the ability to grow over time
Qualification
Required
High level of proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office programs required
The ability to critically think and problem-solve
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Ability to multitask, adjust to changing priorities, and effectively manage time to meet deadlines
Effective written and verbal communication skills with both internal and external parties
Handle other duties and projects as assigned, showcasing adaptability and strong collaboration skills
A sense of urgency and attention to detail are necessities
