Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in properties

Maintaining client relationships

Staying up-to-date on market trends and regulations to deliver the best possible service and ensure client satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Real Estate Sales Licensure and a solid understanding of real estate regulations
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in marketing, lead generation, and relationship-building with clients or openness to learn
Organizational skills for managing multiple clients and transactions efficiently
Ability to work in and around Venice, FL area, with a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings depending on client needs
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
Preferred
Experience in the local Southwest Florida real estate market is a plus
Familiarity with real estate technology tools and market research
