Responsibilities
Lead and manage functional testing activities from strategy through production sign‑off
Coordinate with onshore and offshore QA teams to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery
Own all test artifacts including Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Cases, Defect Documentation, Test Summary Reports, and Test Closure documents
Partner closely with Product Owners, SMEs, and business stakeholders to validate requirements and release readiness
Operate effectively across Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Be proactive and vocal during stakeholder calls, asking clarifying questions and driving alignment
Qualification
Required
8–10+ years of experience in QA / Testing, including test management
Strong hands‑on background in functional testing and test governance
Proven ability to lead teams, delegate work, and manage delivery timelines
Hands‑on experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, or JUnit
Ability to identify automation candidates and review automation scripts
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
Experience using AI‑assisted tools (Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar) to improve testing efficiency and coverage
