Responsibilities

Monitor, analyze, and support real-time drilling and production operations using SCADA-based systems
Work closely with ROC service companies to ensure smooth operational support
Utilize industry platforms such as SCADA, CORVA, WellView, StarSteer, WiseRock, XSPOC, CARTE, ENVERUS, InterACT (SLB), HalVue (Halliburton), COMPASS (Halliburton), Drilling Office (SLB), or similar tools
Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate complex operational or system incidents to L2/L3 support teams and external vendors as required
Ensure adherence to operational procedures, safety standards, and service-level agreements (SLAs)
Provide timely updates and documentation related to incidents, escalations, and resolutions

Required

4-7 years of experience Support Oil & Gas operations within Real-Time Operations Centers (RTOC) and Remote Operations Center (ROC) environments
Monitor, analyze, and support real-time drilling and production operations using SCADA-based systems
