Site Reliability Engineer
PRI Global is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to support the operations of access services, manage databases, and ensure effective monitoring and incident management. The role involves working with various tools and technologies to automate processes and maintain system reliability.
Responsibilities
Supporting operations of access services (Windows/Linux servers, RSA‑based internal tools, databases)
Knowledge of authorization/authentication flows (ID/password logic, behind‑the‑scenes authentication)
Database knowledge (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL acceptable; focus on queries, reporting, workflow sanity checks)
Monitoring & alerting (Splunk, Dynatrace; open to ELK or other tools)
Incident management & ITSM exposure (change management, work card management, incident response)
On‑call rotation (monthly, 1–2 times depending on availability)
Automation/pipeline work (Jenkins, Concourse, XL Release; focus on reducing manual effort)
Debugging skills across Linux/Windows systems (logs, timestamps, RCA)
Candidate should be able to run queries, pull reports, and validate workflows
Conceptual knowledge of monitoring/alerting systems is key; tools can be learned
Majority is operations, monitoring, and debugging
Rare production issues require RCA and collaboration with global engineering teams
BAU (business‑as‑usual) activities when not on call
Expectation is scripting, automation, and pipeline management
Qualification
Required
Minimum 8 to 10 years experience
