Communicate and follow up with customers weekly or biweekly
Serve as the liaison between customers and internal teams
Identify opportunities, coordinate service, and inform Business Development
Inform Business Development and Operations of client issues
Provide billing information and assist with collections and documentation
Conduct weekly walkthroughs at job sites
Respond to customer emails daily
Attend project-related company events
Write proposals and task orders
Qualification
Required
Must pass a criminal background check
Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
Must have a valid driver's license and a clean MVR
Must be available on-call for urgent client needs
Preferred
Have experience in restoration, remediation, construction, or service-based industries
