Responsibilities

Handle mortgage servicing cases via chat and phone support

Assist with mortgage-related issues including 1098 documentation

Support insurance renewals and verify ACH payments

Manage escrow-related inquiries, including tax and insurance applications

Address matters related to flood insurance and loss mitigation/profit concepts

Ensure accurate and timely case resolution

Qualification

Mortgage servicing experienceEscrow knowledgeMortgage servicing platformsCase management skillsCommunication skills

Required

Prior experience in mortgage servicing (servicing background required)

Strong understanding of escrow, tax, insurance, and flood insurance concepts

Familiarity with mortgage servicing platforms such as Black Knight
