Responsibilities

Act as the primary operational support for assigned key accounts and sales teams
Serve as a key liaison between Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure operational accuracy and timely delivery
Align on forecasts, supply planning, shipment status, and billing matters
Manage sales data integrity across CRM and ERP systems; ensure accurate reporting and documentation
Prepare and analyze operational and business performance reports to support management decision-making
Identify process gaps and lead improvement initiatives to streamline communication and workflow
Coordinate quarterly business reviews and operational reporting for key customers
Support pricing, quotation, and business review preparation in collaboration with internal teams
Maintain a professional and responsive customer interface for escalations and key accounts
Provide backup coverage and ensure continuity of support

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field
Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, order management, or a related function within an ODM/OEM environment
Strong business background with experiences in ODM/OEM industries
Deep understanding of sales order flow, supply chain coordination, and manufacturing operations
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or similar) and related productivity tools
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and urgency
Team-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
