Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree
The ability to explain complex issues in simple terms, whether in writing or presentations
Strong project management skills to keep things on track
A knack for solving problems and analyzing data
A proactive mindset and a team-focused attitude
A genuine interest in the (re)insurance and capital markets industry
Securities licensing (Series 7, 63, 79) or the ability to obtain these within 90 days of starting
