Responsibilities
Identify & Analyze new and updated corporate action events using various vendor sources
Liaise with Depositories, Agents, Trustees and Issuers to ensure event accuracy and completeness
Pro-actively seek out educational and informational sources to remain current on industry trends
Provide backup coverage for team members and assist team members during high volume periods
Research and respond on inquiries from clients, ensuring responses are appropriate, complete and meet service level standards
Ensure that any team-specific procedures conform and are shared with other teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferred or 2+ years business related experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English
Proficient PC skills (MS Office Suite, Word, Excel, Access a plus)
Strong interpersonal, analytical, attention to detail, time management and problem solving
Candidates must be able to perform their duties in a dynamic, fast paced work setting
Ability to work on some US Holidays and work overtime during seasonal or volume spikes
