Own the DFW market and build a commercial pipeline from scratch using grit, personality, and professionalism
Provide high-stakes structural repair and asset preservation for commercial properties, multifamily complexes, and industrial facilities
Protect net operating income (NOI) by fixing foundations without displacing tenants
Stabilize warehouse slabs to ensure forklifts and operations run without interruption
Act as technical advisors to property managers and facility directors, helping them manage their largest capital risks
Qualification
Required
Experience in business development, particularly in the DFW market
Ability to build a commercial pipeline from scratch
Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism
Experience in relationship-driven sales
Understanding of high-stakes structural repair and asset preservation
Ability to act as a technical advisor to property managers and facility directors
Experience with DFW trade associations (BOMA, AAGD, etc)
