Responsibilities

Manage and monitor authentication systems, databases, and infrastructure

Set up, respond to, and troubleshoot alerts using monitoring tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace

Participate in on-call rotations to ensure system uptime and rapid incident resolution

Collaborate with engineering teams to debug issues, optimize pipelines, and deploy solutions

Utilize scripting skills to automate tasks and improve operational workflows

Generate reports and metrics to track system performance and reliability

Work within ITSM processes and incident management frameworks

Required

Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer, Operations Engineer, or similar role

Strong experience with authentication systems and database management

Proficiency with monitoring tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, or similar)

Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Shell

Knowledge of CI/CD and pipeline systems

Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes

Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Prior experience in an on-call rotation environment

Experience generating operational reports and metrics

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
