Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of services: design, deployment, operation, and optimization
Monitor systems using tools like Splunk and Dynatrace; set up, respond to, and verify alerts
Automate workflows and support pipeline/CI/CD systems
Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and debug issues
Conduct production readiness activities, incident response, and root cause analysis
Support ITSM processes and generate operational reports
Participate in on-call rotation
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Site Reliability Engineer in an operations team
Strong knowledge of authentication systems and databases
Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, or Go) and automation tools
Hands-on experience with monitoring, alerts, and pipeline systems
Exposure to ITSM processes and operational reporting
