NEOGOV is seeking a Building Maintenance Helper/Worker to perform maintenance work at the St. Louis County Jail in Duluth, MN. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining plumbing, heating, and ventilation systems, as well as conducting preventive maintenance and repairs under supervisory direction.

Assist in performing a variety of installation and repair work required to maintain the mechanical, electrical and structural components of County facilities
Assist in maintaining plumbing, heating and ventilation systems and fixtures

Required

One (1) year full-time paid verifiable experience in the maintenance and repair of multi-unit, commercial, industrial or institutional buildings; or three (3) years as a General Maintenance Worker
Possession of a valid driver's license
Four (4) years full-time paid verifiable experience in the maintenance and repair of multi-unit, commercial/industrial or institutional buildings, including building management systems
Possession of a valid driver's license
Possession of appropriate level operating engineer's license as determined by the psi and horsepower ratings of the boiler(s) in assigned County facility in which the vacancy exists
