Responsibilities
Provide marketing and event coordination support for advisor seminars, client events, firm events, webinars, and community outreach initiatives
Support advisors in developing and executing lead generation, and business development plans
Assist with social media content creation, scheduling, and management across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, and others)
Support email marketing campaigns, including content preparation, list management, and scheduling
Maintain and manage marketing databases, including data pulls, contact lists, and activity tracking
Collaborate with advisors to develop marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, presentations, and client communications
Assist with additional marketing projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe, Microsoft Office, and/or Google Workspace
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred
4+ years of marketing, or social media experience preferred
Experience with designing flyers and web site administration a plus
