Responsibilities
Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for acquiring batch billing data into the R1 Data Platform, aligned to organizational goals
Own and prioritize the Agile product backlog, making trade-offs on features and enhancements
Gather and translate stakeholder needs (including persona interviews) into actionable requirements and product features
Lead end-to-end delivery across the SDLC—technical design through development, testing, deployment—reviewing solutions and running stakeholder demos
Track performance and feedback to drive improvements; report status, risks, opportunities, and ensure compliance with company policies and ethics standards
Qualification
Required
5+ years of product management experience is required, preferably in data quality or related fields
Advanced SQL Experience (complex queries, data transformations, etc.)
Strong understanding of data quality tools and techniques such as data profiling, cleansing, and data validation
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams
Demonstrated exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
R1 business process subject matter expert with the ability to translate business requests into technical tasks
Ability to work independently, across workstreams and prioritize end user value
Experience leading a team of analysts and SQL developers is a plus
Expert in Agile Scrum product development methodologies
Expert in project management methodologies
Understanding of cloud-based data systems such as Airflow, Snowflake or Databricks
