Information Technology Manager
ABGI USA is a national leader in specialized tax advisory and finance talent solutions. The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the company’s IT infrastructure and operations, managing vendor relationships, ensuring system security, and supporting employees with effective IT solutions.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain all IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud services, hardware, software, and telecommunications
Ensure system availability, performance, backups, and disaster recovery processes
Oversee office IT operations, including workstation setup, troubleshooting, and user support
Conduct regular IT assessments to evaluate system performance, security risks, scalability, and technology gaps
Recommend improvements, upgrades, and cost-effective technology solutions aligned with business goals
Develop and maintain IT documentation, standards, and procedures
Manage relationships with IT vendors, service providers, and consultants
Evaluate, select, implement, and manage IT tools, platforms, and licenses
Negotiate contracts, renewals, and service agreements to ensure quality and cost efficiency
Implement and maintain cybersecurity best practices, access controls, and data protection measures
Monitor systems for vulnerabilities and coordinate remediation efforts
Support compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
Provide leadership and escalation support for IT issues impacting employees
Partner with leadership, HR, and operations to support business initiatives and growth
Train employees on IT systems, tools, and security awareness as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of progressive IT experience, including infrastructure and vendor management
Strong knowledge of network administration, cloud services, cybersecurity, and enterprise tools
Experience conducting IT assessments and leading system improvements
Proven ability to manage vendors, contracts, and technology budgets
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred
Experience supporting a corporate office environment
Familiarity with hybrid or cloud-based IT infrastructures
Prior experience in a hands-on IT management role
