Responsibilities
Own new CAD patterns end-to-end, from development through grading and production readiness
Translate draped and paper-based patterns into accurate, production-ready CAD patterns while preserving shape, proportion, and intent
Execute fit corrections with precision
Support fittings and integrate feedback efficiently and thoughtfully
Prepare factory-ready patterns with rigorous standards for notches, seam allowances, balance points, tolerances, and construction clarity
Manage grading with consistency, ensuring fit integrity and elegance across sizes
Work within existing base and block systems, refining rather than reinventing
Maintain clear organization, version control, and documentation
Partner closely with design, production, and in-house specialists to ensure the final pieces are both beautiful and impeccably made
Qualification
Required
10+ years of patternmaking experience in luxury or contemporary womenswear
Expert CAD proficiency (Gerber AccuMark or Lectra Modaris required)
Strong understanding of fit, construction, garment balance, and luxury finishing
Proven experience taking patterns through to production with uncompromising quality standards
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative
