Responsibilities
Manage CRM ticket queues: review, update, process, and supplement contracts submitted by internal sellers
Prepare contracts for signatures and implement contracts post‑signature—no client interaction, seller‑only support
Conduct daily casework, respond to internal stakeholders via Teams and email, and perform peer reviews
Collaborate closely with Legal, Finance, and cross‑functional teams to ensure compliant contract processing
Execute tier‑2 support for escalations from the offshore vendor (tier‑1) and improve tier‑1 process guides
Monitor process performance, analyze data, and compile/distribute reports (metrics, contract status, adjustments)
Maintain data accuracy and integrity across CRM and sales systems; benchmark processes against standards
Identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, and contribute to continuous process optimization
Qualification
Required
2+ years in process execution & compliance within client operations, contract management, or similar functions
2+ years of data analysis & reporting (Power BI preferred)
1+ year of proficiency with CRM systems and data management tools
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and document processes (English proficiency)
Excellent written communication; experience collaborating with Legal, Sales, and Customer Success teams
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and effective in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
Proven ability to deliver accurate casework with controls, compliance, and minimal errors
No degree required; bachelor's or relevant certifications are a plus
