Responsibilities

Act as a primary point of contact for assigned IMO marketers and producers to promote and drive annuity sales through outbound phone activity, digital engagement, and scheduled meetings
Conduct frequent proactive outreach, product positioning, and case consultation via phone, email, CRM, and webinar platforms
Maintain consistent activity levels (calls, follow-ups, meeting coordination) to deepen relationships and ensure ongoing engagement with Talcott annuity solutions
Collaborate with Relationship Managers to provide real-time support and deliver on shared territory sales goals
Provide tailored sales ideas and product illustrations aligned to agents’ client profiles and financial objectives
Coordinate and lead educational webinars, training sessions, and campaign calls
Execute outbound marketing campaigns and manage follow-up communication
Accurately and timely update CRM with call notes, follow-ups, and pipeline details
Stay up to date on industry trends, product updates, and competitive positioning
Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge of fixed and fixed indexed annuities
Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, customer service, and compliance

Required

Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services, preferably in annuity internal wholesaling or sales support
Strong communication and consultative selling skills with a proven ability to build trust and influence over the phone
Experience with annuity illustration tools and CRM platforms
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Candidates who currently possess a Life and Health license will be asked to acquire a Life and Health license within 6 months of hire
This position may require 10% travel within the U.S

Prior experience with the IMO distribution channel
