Responsibilities
Develop and execute membership recruitment and retention strategies
Identify potential members via market research and networking
Create tailored value propositions for ophthalmology practices and surgical centers
Serve as the primary contact for onboarding new members
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in ophthalmic practices
Analyze industry trends and member needs to inform strategic decisions
Conduct presentations and cost-savings analyses for prospective members
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in membership development, sales, or business development, preferably in healthcare/GPO environments
Experience meeting or exceeding growth targets
Strong knowledge of healthcare economics, supply chain, and contracting models
Analytical with a focus on data-driven decisions
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
