Responsibilities
Execute, optimize, and support email, nurture, and trigger‑based campaigns in Marketo, ensuring accurate setup, testing, scheduling, and deployment
Maintain lead data integrity and flow across Marketo and Salesforce, including imports, segmentation, scoring, routing, and sync monitoring
Support and enhance email and landing page templates, including HTML/CSS edits, QA, and brand adherence
Monitor campaign performance and deliver clear reporting on KPIs, engagement metrics, and database health for stakeholders
Proactively monitor deliverability, compliance, and sender reputation, addressing issues related to privacy regulations and email best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Multiple years of hands‑on experience with marketing automation platforms, specifically Marketo
Working knowledge of CRM integrations, preferably with Salesforce, including lead lifecycle management
Demonstrated experience with email marketing best practices, data segmentation, and audience targeting
Proficiency with Excel or similar tools for data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking
Preferred
Marketo Certified Associate (MCA) or Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) certification
Hands-on experience with Salesforce, CMS platforms, or Google Analytics
Basic HTML/CSS development for email and landing page optimization
