Assist with drafting pre-trial motions, motions in limine, jury instructions, voir dire questions, verdict slips and other relevant documents
Assist with reviewing deposition transcripts
Assist with preparing direct and cross examinations at trial
Any other duties required of the role
Qualification
Required
JD and licensed to practice in MA
Must have Superior Court Civil Trial Experience
Ability to work in a hybrid capacity
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
