Responsibilities
SharePoint
Subject matter expert
Maintain the CSI IT site
Maintain the CSI Document Center site
Maintain the global navigation on the CSI SharePoint site
Assist users and administrators with granting access, etc
Grant access when administrators cannot (the last line of defense)
Manage CSI Home Page, including updating/adding links to business policies; update Leadership Corner as needed
Keep EBS Launchpad updated with clone dates and other changes
Manage Power Automate flows: RFA Approval site, RTP Supplier Add/Change Requests site, Saltillo RMA Approval site, R&D Labs – Process Requests and Process Lab sites, IT Change Request site, Engineering 700K Part Number Requests site
Gather and report on project completion metrics
Submit expense reports each month for IT team Pcard expenses
Process payment for Zoom
Update the approval hierarchy for the business when changes are requested
Update approval limits for specific individuals when changes are requested
Enter requisitions for the IT team
User assistance/support
Managing small projects related to Procurement
IT testing of the system following change
Facilitating user testing of the system following change
Support for the Mall/iProcurement
Monitor procurement workflows and retrigger or reassign when necessary
Monitor CSI EBS PROD NA mailbox for stuck emails and notify DBA Team to restart workflow mailer if needed
New user setups
Changes in user responsibilities
SOD reviews in conjunction with new user setups or responsibility changes
Maintain the SOD and business case directory (log exceptions, who they apply to, and what the relevant compensating controls are)
Create/maintain Oracle menus, request groups, responsibilities
Org assignments for responsibilities
Manage P&C ITG Requests mailbox
Review GDW Paycom report daily and disable Oracle accounts if needed
General user support in the use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Edge
Set up new suppliers
Maintain spreadsheet of suppliers and passwords on SharePoint and handle password requests
Manage CSI Engineering Drawings Portal mailbox
General support
Request approval for Oracle outages from key business users
Sent outage notifications for Oracle/GDW
Monitor CSI ticket queues
Qualification
Required
4-year college degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or comparable technology degree
2 years post graduate experience working in the IT profession
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
Strong user and administration level skills in the Microsoft Office environment, with emphasis on: SharePoint (configuration, permissions, administration), Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Edge
Proficiency working with complex data structures and relational databases
Proficiency using SQL to write and execute queries
Experience writing and maintaining software programs
Strong understanding of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Experience with application-level security and user provisioning/deprovisioning
Experience supporting business functions and application users such as Procurement, Customer Service, Sales, Finance, etc
Experience supporting portions of an ERP, preferably Oracle EBS
Understanding of Segregation of Duties and compensating controls
Experience leading small to medium projects
Experience working with users to define and document business requirements
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, remotely and in-person
