Proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other creative channels
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future openings
Conduct initial outreach and candidate screening
Schedule interviews and coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers
Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS
Support recruiting team with market research and sourcing strategies
Qualification
Required
1+ year of sourcing, recruiting, or staffing experience preferred (but open to strong entry-level candidates)
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search techniques
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple searches at once
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
