This role is responsible for planning, sourcing, inventory management, logistics, and supplier relationships to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and reliable product flow that supports business objectives.

Responsibilities
Manage and optimize the full supply chain process, including procurement, inventory, warehousing, and distribution
Develop and maintain supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor performance
Analyze demand forecasts and inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing excess and shortages
Lead logistics and transportation strategies to improve delivery timelines and reduce costs
Collaborate with operations, finance, and sales teams to align supply chain activities with business goals
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to increase efficiency and scalability
Monitor KPIs, develop reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field
5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management
Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Experience with ERP, MRP, or supply chain management systems
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Preferred
Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environments
