Project Manager
Wiley is a trusted leader in research and learning, providing tailored software solutions to scholarly publishers. The Project Manager will work directly with clients to manage software configuration, troubleshoot issues, and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Responsibilities
Work closely with new and existing customers to facilitate software configuration changes and troubleshoot user issues and software defects
Manage the complete process of setting up new sites for customers
Train customers on new sites and features
Act as a liaison between customers and the software development team to gather requirements, prepare product specifications, and perform software quality assurance testing
Create and maintain software documentation
Qualification
Required
Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role supporting customers who are using a system
Ability to independently manage multiple, concurrent tasks
Strong problem solving and solution research skills
Excellent written and oral communication (English)
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to customers from non-technical backgrounds
An empathic and friendly attitude, willingness to advocate for customers
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Tech savvy and able to learn a new system
Preferred
Customer service experience
Knowledge of basic HTML, CSS, and/or SQL
Technical background
Familiarity with scholarly publishing
