Responsibilities

Collaborate with leadership to define AIMS vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap
Own planning cycles, set clear objectives, and drive execution of AI initiatives
Facilitate effective operating processes, aligning teams and surfacing risks effectively
Coordinate with teams across product, engineering, design, and platform to integrate AI capabilities
Design scalable processes for a highly technical team to operate effectively
Guide AI initiatives from concept to launch and ensure measurable outcomes
Collaborate with leaders on budgeting and resource allocation, providing data-driven insights

Qualification

Required

10+ years leading cross-functional technical programs in AI/ML or related engineering fields
2-3+ years experience with AI or GenAI initiatives, working with technical teams
Ability to align company goals with a clear AI roadmap and concrete programs
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leaders without formal authority
Experience in establishing efficient operating processes for complex initiatives
Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences, simplifying complex topics
