Responsibilities
Software Development & Architecture
Design, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs, and internal tooling using C#, Visual Basic, .NET Core, and Web API
Contribute to architecture decisions with scalability and reliability in mind
Optimize SQL Server schemas, queries, and stored procedures
Participate in code and design reviews
Write and maintain data migration scripts to onboard customer data from legacy systems
Analyze source schemas and map data into Vonigo’s domain model
Support trial runs and production migrations, including weekend cutovers
Partner with onboarding and customer success teams to ensure smooth go-lives
Deploy and support services in Azure or AWS
Improve CI/CD pipelines and release processes
Troubleshoot complex production issues
Qualification
Required
7+ years of software engineering experience
Strong experience with C#, .NET, and Visual Basic
Deep SQL Server expertise
Experience with data migrations and customer onboarding
Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps practices
Preferred
SaaS or enterprise platforms
Legacy modernization
Workflow or operational systems
