Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate dealership software implementations from planning through post-installation support
Serve as the primary point of contact between dealership staff, internal teams, and software vendors
Manage project timelines, deliverables, risks, and issue resolution
Oversee installation and integration of dealership management systems and related applications
Deliver training and hands-on support to dealership users during and after go-live
Support onboarding activities, including orientation sessions and training coordination
Prepare and distribute training and onboarding materials
Maintain implementation documentation and capture feedback for continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Automotive dealership experience is required
Hands-on experience with Dealership Management Systems (Tekion strongly preferred; CDK or similar acceptable)
Experience working directly within dealership environments
Intermediate experience (3–5 years) in systems implementation or software deployment
Strong project management, operations, and implementation support skills
Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile delivery
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability and willingness to travel extensively for on-site dealership support
