Responsibilities
Develop and deploy AI/ML models to support customer analytics, personalization, segmentation, and prediction use cases
Build scalable data pipelines and AI services using Python
Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Participate in client-facing consulting engagements, including requirement gathering, solution design, and presentations
Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and cloud teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance standards are met
Provide technical leadership and best practices guidance to junior team members
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in Data Engineering / AI Engineering / Advanced Analytics
Solid experience in AI/ML model development and deployment
Advanced Python programming skills (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, etc.)
Experience working in a consulting environment (Big 4 preferred)
Strong understanding of customer data models, MDM, CRM, and analytics
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) is a plus
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
