Responsibilities

Design, develop, implement, and support complex CCM solutions with OpenText Exstream Cloud Native
Develop and manage Exstream applications in a containerized architecture using Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
Build secure integrations between Exstream and enterprise systems, data sources, and APIs
Create and manage document templates, logic, and workflows using Communications Designer, Empower, and related components
Translate business requirements into technical specifications in collaboration with analysts and stakeholders
Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployment in Azure
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement preventative measures
Stay current with trends in CCM, cloud computing, and container orchestration

Required

14+ years of professional software development experience
8+ years of hands-on experience with OpenText Exstream (v23.4 or higher)
Experience developing and deploying applications in a cloud-native environment
Expertise in OpenText Exstream components (Communications Designer, Empower, Communication Server)
Proven experience with Microsoft Azure services
Hands-on experience with Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service for deployment and management
Experience with CI/CD tools and practices such as Azure DevOps, Git, or Jenkins
Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash) and familiarity with Java or C#
Strong understanding of data formats like XML and JSON
Experience with OpenText Exstream Cloud Native (CN) version
Microsoft Azure or Kubernetes certifications (e.g., Azure Developer Associate, CKAD)
Experience in insurance or financial services industries
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
