IT Support Specialist
SJE is a family of brands dedicated to providing innovative control and monitoring solutions. They are seeking an IT Support Specialist to assist internal employees with IT Helpdesk support, troubleshoot technology issues, and support hardware and software installations.

Responsibilities
Assist internal employees with IT Helpdesk support calls
Prevent and troubleshoot technology issues
Assist with hardware and software installations
Install hardware such as PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and phones
Prepare new computers for installation including loading operating systems, application software, and installing necessary hardware, security, and login information
Be the first line of contact, reporting issues, solutions, and escalations in the ITSM Solution
Qualification
Required
Exceptional communication skills and strong self-motivation
A genuine enjoyment of helping others and working collaboratively as part of a team
Experience troubleshooting complex technology issues across diverse software and hardware systems
Proficiency with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft 365 applications, Jira or other IT ticketing systems and Remote Desktop support tools
A 4-year degree in Computer Engineering or similar field with 3-5 years of relevant experience
