Responsibilities
Strong expertise in Wintel administration (Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO)
Advanced hands-on experience with VMware administration (ESXi, vCenter, VM lifecycle management)
Proven expert-level troubleshooting skills, including packet-level analysis using Wireshark or equivalent tools
Experience with backup technologies such as Veeam, Rubrik, Cohesity, or similar enterprise solutions
Solid understanding of storage technologies (SAN, NAS, RAID, LUN management, performance tuning)
Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, firewalls) to support end-to-end troubleshooting
Experience working in 24x7 production environments with strict SLA requirements

Strong hands on realtime experience on Wintel and Vmware administration for enterprise environment
Must have exposure and experience in troubleshooting live P1 calls with multiple teams towards issue resolution involving wintel, Vmware and other operating systems
Experience on Storage and file system management, interacting with customer stakeholders
Strong expertise in Wintel administration (Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO)
