Responsibilities

Managing all data in Oracle for the Supply Chain team
Ensuring a high standard of data quality is maintained to support global business sustainability and maturation
Creating and maintaining policies and procedures for specific master data tables
Monitoring adherence to policies through key metrics and issue identification
Enforcing correction of data-related issues in a timely manner
Managing master data tables associated with order management and supply chain
Working closely with Customer Care, Data Administrators, and Credit within the businesses and order management partners to ensure accurate data maintenance
Supporting the development and maintenance of a Master Data Management program
Acting as Subject Matter Expert in Oracle Master Data table structure, attributes, and maintenance policies
Coaching and educating users on the proper maintenance of master data
Supporting Continuous Improvement initiatives and a culture of data-driven decision making
Coordinating with Enabling Services for the scrubbing of files and development and testing of unique data scrubbing scripts
Assisting in the research and resolution of customer invoice short payments
Maintaining and monitoring accuracy of master data for Customer Master, Pricing Master, and credits and debit tables
Supporting the development, implementation, and monitoring of metrics, policies, procedures, and RACI diagrams
Ensuring master data changes are implemented in a timely manner
Supporting acquisitions and integrations by converting master data from new businesses to HEM standards
Coordinating the completion of Credit/Debit Memo requests for system entry

Required

High School diploma required
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in master data management, ERP maintenance, and/or data analysis
Experience in developing metrics, RACIs, policies, and procedures to ensure the sustainability of new business processes
Experience in master data management and data integrity
Cross-functional knowledge throughout the supply chain (sales, customer care, manufacturing, distribution, planning, sourcing and supply, and transportation)
Excellent problem identification and follow through to issue resolution
Can work with data to identify problems
Proven attention to detail and objective problem solving
Must have strong organization skills and be detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work responsibilities with sense of urgency to meet deadlines
Expertise in ERP software systems maintenance
Good understanding of HEM businesses, customers, and operations practices
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in working with external and internal customers to promote accurate processes in formal/informal situations
High level of attention to detail
Evidence of strong character with integrity, honesty, accountability, and trust
Subject Matter Expert in Oracle Master Data table structure, attributes, and maintenance policies and procedures, most specifically the Customer Master, Pricing Master, as well as credits and debit entries
Subject Matter Expert in Master Data requirements for Customer Care, Sales, Distribution, Credit, Logistics, Finance, and Demand Planning processes and tools
