Responsibilities
Become competent in daily order processing tasks and procedures
Work with our internal database to enter and categorize orders and sales data
Assist with reviewing and producing various licensing and sales documents
Facilitate group recordkeeping and record retention
Communicate with the COMSOL Sales team, users of the software, and purchasing departments regarding orders and outstanding requests
Back up Licensing & Contracts Associates and other team members
Fulfill various other tasks provided by other team members as needed
Qualification
Required
Diploma or Bachelor's degree
Experience in a client engaging or customer service facing environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage priorities
Excellent interpersonal skills and understanding of how to communicate with clients and colleagues
Comfortability with speaking to clients on the phone and via written communication
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced, sales-oriented environment, both independently and as a member of a team
Exceptional organization skills and ability to multitask
Current eligibility to work in the U.S. No sponsorship for employment-based visas will be offered for this position
