Responsibilities
Developing maintenance schedules, generating work orders, and optimizing resource allocation to minimize downtime and impact on production
Creating, updating, and managing work orders, ensuring that they are accurate, complete, and properly assigned
Ensuring that necessary parts, tools, and documentation are available before work is initiated
Working with maintenance technicians, production supervisors, and other departments to schedule work and address any issues
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance efficiency and equipment reliability
Qualification
Required
B.S. in Industrial Engineering or related field
Requires a combination of relevant experience in maintenance, engineering, or a related field
2-year minimum experience in a Maintenance department
3+ years of experience in an Engineering environment
Must possess required knowledge and be able to explain and demonstrate, with or without reasonable accommodations, that the essential functions of the job can be performed
Preferred
Semiconductor experience preferred
Skilled in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CMMS
