Responsibilities
Collaborate with other professionals on project designs, ensuring innovative and aesthetically pleasing results
Prepare detailed landscape design plans, drawings, and renderings under the guidance of the lead Landscape Architect
Assist in the preparation and management of project proposals, budgets, and timelines
Establish and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients, and government agencies
Identify ways to improve client communication, design, and production efforts
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures for the Landscape Architecture Department
Stay updated on advanced landscape architecture techniques and technologies
Participate in the development of thoughtful and sustainable landscape development projects
Support and assist in training and mentoring staff as necessary
Coordinate with administrative staff on project-related administrative needs and purchases
Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and evaluate their potential implementation
Make a lasting difference in the community by designing thoughtful and sustainable development projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Landscape Architecture
5 or more years of professional experience
Experience in AutoCAD
Registered Landscape Architect in the state of Florida
Preferred
Experience in the local AEC community
