Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Law, or related field; advanced degree preferred
8+ years in HR with a focus on employee relations, including global experience
Deep knowledge of employment laws in multiple regions
Proven ability to manage complex HR investigations with discretion
