Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of new user interfaces and features using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
Build reusable component libraries and frontend architecture that ensure consistency, performance, and developer velocity
Work closely with backend engineers to design and integrate with GraphQL/REST APIs
Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and a flawless user experience
Actively participate in code reviews, mentor peers, and contribute to engineering culture
Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, Claude) as a core part of your workflow to build smarter and faster
Qualification
Required
3+ years of professional frontend engineering experience
Must be hands-on coding, not pure architecture. We need builders who ship
At least 1 year of experience in a Series A/B/C/D stage startup. You understand rapid iteration and owning outcomes
A blend of experience at a scaled tech company and a startup is highly valued. You bring engineering rigor and startup pace
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field
Deep, production-level expertise with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
A strong portfolio of building and shipping complex, data-rich web applications
Must be open to and actively using AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, etc.) in your daily development process
