Responsibilities
Lead analysis and optimization of system workflows and processes
Support the build and configuration of Epic applications
Lead project life-cycle management efforts, including planning and execution
Maintain expertise in one or more Epic applications and other third party systems
Identify process metrics, opportunities, and develop associated documentation
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive system improvements and enhancements
Qualification
Required
Experience in building, maintaining, and modifying Epic and other third-party systems
Ability to document and understand system workflows
Experience in identifying areas of improvement and collaboratively working with internal customers to identify solutions
Ability to write requirements that support solutions and assess available technologies to create development specifications
Experience in evaluating internal technical needs of the organization and recommending solutions
Ability to define system and functional requirements
Experience performing programming and analysis tasks on internal business systems
Ability to develop and modify internal applications, operating systems, or database systems
Experience providing support by correcting issues that arise from customer usage
Ability to identify necessary configuration changes and support related systems
Experience creating detailed test cases and contributing to testing and results analysis
Ability to document all programming and systems changes
Experience integrating systems from multiple vendors, including specific Epic applications
Ability to enhance product life-cycle management by understanding and optimizing system workflows
Expected to obtain and maintain Epic certification in one or more applications
Technical proficiency and experience in process analysis/improvement tasks
Ability to lead smaller efforts and proficiently analyze and document customer requirements
Experience leading analysis and optimization of system workflows and processes
Experience supporting the build and configuration of Epic applications
Experience leading project life-cycle management efforts, including planning and execution
Ability to maintain expertise in one or more Epic applications and other third-party systems
Experience identifying process metrics, opportunities, and developing associated documentation
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to drive system improvements and enhancements
Ability to provide on-call, extended weekday and weekend support for on-site and off-site locations
Ability to maintain confidentiality and communicate information only as needed to perform duties
Ability to perform at or above the Information Technology performance standards
Ability to fulfill department requirements in terms of providing work coverage and administration notification during periods of absence
