Responsibilities
Own all FAA, AS9100, customer, and internal audit programs, ensuring full compliance and audit readiness at all times
Develop, write, and implement Quality Engineering processes, work instructions, and quality system documentation
Drive root cause analysis (RCCA), CAPA management, and continuous improvement initiatives across both sites
Report directly to VP of Operations and VP of Engineering, providing regular executive updates on quality metrics, audit performance, and systemic issues
Ensure compliance with aerospace electronics standards related to sensors, soldering, brazing, wire harnessing, and PCB‑level manufacturing
Qualification
Required
Hands‑on experience in aerospace electronics processes such as sensors, soldering, brazing, PCB assembly, and testing
10–15+ years of quality leadership experience in aerospace manufacturing or aerospace electronics
Deep knowledge of AS9100 standards and FAA regulatory requirements
