Responsibilities
Design and build automation and productivity solutions using Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, SharePoint, and Purview
Architect and maintain integrations with iPaaS (e.g., Boomi), RESTful APIs, and webhooks—defining standards for error handling, observability, and performance
Support and extend enterprise platforms (Salesforce, Agiloft, Workday), ensuring reliability and seamless integration
Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to configure and enhance platforms, aligning with business needs
Lead cross-functional delivery efforts by managing scope, timelines, QA, and risk mitigation for enterprise initiatives
Document and maintain governance frameworks to support consistent execution
Oversee vendor and partner relationships for enterprise platforms and integration services
Promote user adoption and change management through communications, training, and post-release support
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent experience
4–8 years of direct experience delivering enterprise applications and integrations in matrixed environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to navigate ambiguity and deliver practical solutions
Collaborative communicator who aligns technical and business objectives
Committed to clean, maintainable, and testable configurations and integrations
Customer-focused, composed under pressure, and eager to learn new technologies
4+ years building solutions on Microsoft Power Platform (certifications a plus)
3+ years designing and managing RESTful API services and orchestrating integrations
3+ years with secure development practices, CI/CD, automated testing, and production support
2+ years leading structured planning and documentation across cross-functional initiatives
Preferred
Experience with iPaaS (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft) and enterprise-grade applications (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite) preferred
