Responsibilities
Oversee the accounting and finance functions at a key manufacturing facility
Supervise 2 employees directly + 2 overseas
Oversee costing functions for a $100M division
Manage a blended role with accounting and finance (budgeting, forecasting, etc.)
Responsible for oversight of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), raw material
Creation of policies and procedures
Developing production schedules
Analyzing the bottom line
Qualification
Required
At least 7+ years relevant, stable accounting/ financial experience
Experience in manufacturing, including experience with cost accounting is required
Strong supervisory experience is required
Excellent communication skills and can communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
In depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP, including financial statement prep
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Tech savvy with strong working knowledge of MS Office, including demonstrable expertise with Excel
