Responsibilities
Lead paid DSP and social strategy, development, and execution to scale Kraken's growth globally
Manage and optimize user acquisition campaigns to achieve CAC and payback goals across each of our priority geos and customer segments
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness, providing detailed analysis and strategic recommendations for continuous improvement
Effectively manage a multi-million dollar monthly performance marketing budget
Drive continuous campaign improvement through rigorous KPI analysis, testing and optimization to scale user acquisition within paid search
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, data analytics, product marketing and regional growth to align on campaign goals and strategies

Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience
Experience in consumer tech products with a focus on transactional goals and demonstrated ability to optimize campaigns beyond the initial install or sign up
Comfortable with analytics tools, attribution models, and performance metrics
Strong communication skills to simplify complex learnings for stakeholders
Proficiency with mobile measurement partners (MMPs) such as Appsflyer or Branch
Curious & experimental: Constantly exploring what's next in paid growth
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Entrepreneurial mindset and a self-starter; able to work both independently and in a team environment
Data-driven: Strong ability to model performance, assess signal, and kill tests quickly
Comfortable with ambiguity: Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Preferred
Crypto native and/or crypto/web3 experience strongly preferred
