Responsibilities
Develop and execute manual and automated test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Software & Firmware products
Perform thorough functional, regression, and user acceptance testing
Identify, document, and track software/firmware defects
Collaborate with developers to debug issues and verify fixes
Contribute to continuous improvement of testing methodologies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
3+ years of experience in software quality assurance
Familiarity with agile development methodologies
Testing in Linux and Windows environment
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Git and common platforms like Github or Bitbucket
Experience with bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla)
Strong debugging, analytical and creative problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Aptitude for learning, Good documentation skills
Ability to adapt & contribute to changing priorities
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
Preferred
Basic proficiency in a Python
Familiarity of automated testing frameworks such as Pytest
Automated UI testing tools like Playwright or Selenium is a plus
Backend testing experience
