Responsibilities
Prepare and post journal entries; support monthly close
Perform balance sheet, bank, and prepaid account reconciliations
Manage daily AR/AP transactions, cash receipts, and invoicing
Set up vendors, process 1099s, and review invoices for sales tax
Prepare monthly reports and support process improvements
Assist with special projects and cross-functional coverage as needed
Qualification
Required
Accounting coursework required
Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
Strong attention to detail
Communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines
Preferred
2+ years of accounting experience (GL, AR, AP)
Associate degree preferred (Bachelor's a plus)
ERP experience a plus
